3. Training Services

Training registrations are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to reschedule, postpone, substitute presenters or cancel training programs where reasonably necessary.

Where a training program is cancelled by Strata Pulse, participants may be offered an alternative session, credit or refund where appropriate.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees for consultancy and training services are payable in accordance with the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice or written agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, all fees are in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of GST where applicable.

Late payments may attract interest and reasonable recovery costs as permitted by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, publications, presentations, manuals, templates, videos, graphics and training materials remain the intellectual property of Strata Pulse or its licensors.

You may use these materials only for your personal or internal business purposes. They must not be reproduced, shared, distributed, published or commercially exploited without our prior written consent.
